Claire and David Thompson were confirmed into Anglican and Methodist churches on Sunday. They live in Red Lodge and David is the officer in charge of  the local Marine Cadets. Rev Bernard Arnold, next to Claire,  is the Chaplain to the cadets. Colin, on the left, is a minister at St Christopher’s and St Martin’s where the service took place because of the numbers of people involved were too many for our church in Red Lodge. The Bishop is wearing his mitre and Colin the Superintendent of our Methodist Circuit is next to him. They confirmed David and Claire (above).
